We want you to love every piece in your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you; a fixed return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Pack With Care

  Securely package your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
